Hope Quotes!

Hi. Been having a bit of a play with my Distress Inks and this is what I came up with. The quote is from a set by Elusive Elements along with the leafy scroll border. The green ink used was Peeled Paint and I dusted everything with my lovely Cosmic Simmer mica powders, mounted it on green and purple card and added green ribbon. Hope you like it. I hope to enter it in the following challenges:
Simon Says - Green
ABC Challenge - Quotations

Peachy Easter Bunny

Hello Everyone. Here is my latest card featuring a free digi image from Dustin Pike. The papers are a lovely peachy selection from a 6x6 pad from Paper Cellar plus a strip of lovely pearlised textured paper. I coloured the image using Pro Markers and added some Crystal Stickles to give a bit of extra shine. I hope to enter it in the following challenges.

Rainy Days

Evening all! This is my little card that I have made for my first ever Passion for Promarkers challenge. The colour scheme required was Bright Green and Mango - two colours I had in my ever growing stash. The image used was a digi freebie from the Stamping Boutique and as I've not yet decided whether I'm going to send this as a Get Well Soon - Under the Weather type card or just a little notelet - for now - I've not added a sentiment. For the raindrops I had some tear drop shaped gems which fitted perfectly and matted the image onto 'mango' coloured glitter card. I hope you like it!

Relaxing Hedgie

Evening everyone! I thought you might like to see one of my latest cards which I hope will fit a few challenges. I used a lovely little Penny Black Hedgie coloured with Promarkers set against some Sparkly Sweet glittery K and Co papers and a piece of purple cardstock which I recycled from an old card. The Lace Doiley punch is Martha Stewart and the Flower Punch is a 5 in 1 punch from Woodware (with added bling gems!). I love the Spring / Summer feel of this card. Thanks for looking! Sorry the piccie is not as bright as in real life - the lighting is not good tonight!

The combined challenges are:

A Spoonful of Sugar - Recycled (Purple cardstock recycled from an old card.)

Christmas Fairy Doodle

Hello everyone! Had stamping withdrawls after all that decoupage so decided to make a Christmas card out of this Fairy Doodle stamp. I used Papermania paper and embossed a little snowy type background using my Cuttlebug (thought this flower pattern could double up as snowflakes for now until I get a proper snowflake folder). The frame was cut using the lovely Nellie Snellen dies and the image was coloured in Promarkers. I hope to enter this in the ABC Christmas Challenge which is 'E for Elf' but can include fairy folk using the colour scheme of red and green. I also hope to enter it in Charizma's 'Fairy' challenge. Hope you like it - one for the Christmas stash!

Tom Kitten and his Mum

This is my second card this time featuring Tom Kitten and his Mum - perfect for the Simon Says challenge 'For Mum'. I added some little punched and layered flowers and a few gems with a matching insert and lined envelope. Thanks for looking!

Peter Rabbit Goes Green

Another little play with my Beatrix Potter Cd has allowed me to make two more cards for some challenges. The first is Peter Rabbit who I have decoupaged onto a green themed background which first perfectly with Cute Card Thursday's 'Lucky Green' challenge and Quixotic's 'Leave it out' - leaf themed challenge. Layered onto mirri card and a bit of bling with some gem stones just finishes it off.

Birthday Tiggy!

Afternoon everyone! I'm still enjoying my Beatrix Potter cds and thought I would post a few of my creations that I've made for my card stash. The first is a birthday card that I would like to enter in the Creative Card Crew's challenge 'Celebrate'. As its for my Mother in Law's birthday next week I also thought I'd enter it in the Allsorts Challenge for 'Mum' and the One Stop Craft challenge which this week is 'Optimistically Pink'. I hope you enjoy it - the designs are so lovely they hardly need too much embellishment so I have just made my own layered punched flowers and added gem stone centres. I have also added inserts to all the cards and matching liners in the envelopes.
