Oh Deer!

Hi Everyone!
Today I'd like to share a card that I made using the Oh Deer kit that came free with one of the  Hunkydory magazines from a while back. There are such pretty images in this kit so I decided to make it into a box pop out card that stands up for display but folds flat for posting.

I'm sharing this on the Use your Craft Stash challenge over on Facebook - and really enjoyed the challenge of using up some of my older supplies that I've got, and had forgotten how lovely they were!

Bye for now :)

Vintage Lace

Hi Everyone!
Just thought I'd share a couple of my latest cards made with the lovely Vintage Lace Collection from Crafter's Companion. I set myself a challenge of only using a couple of half sheets of patterned papers, some scrap white card, a free sentiment stamp from the Crafter's Inspiration magazine and the lovely dies from the collection.

I fussy cut the flowers from the papers for my focal point, layered up and cut into all my die cuts and finished with some glitter and pearls!

Hope you like them! If you pop over to the Crafter's Companion website - Leann has been demoing this range on Crafter's TV today at some fabulous prices!

Thank you for stopping by my blog - please feel free to leave a comment so I can visit your blog too :)

Garden of Love

Hi Everyone!
Just thought I'd pop by to share two cards I made with the Garden of Love collection from Crafter's Companion.

The papers are beautiful and my favourite die is the Elegant Peony Border. On the first card I used the border die across the centre and then cut away the excess, and on the second card I cut it down both sides of the front panel - it is such a versatile die. The additional elements in this range like the Sealing Wax and the Flower Foam help you to make the fab little embellishments to decorate.

I made both of my cards as Wedding/Anniversary Cards, but you could just as easily team these papers up with Birthday or Thank You sentiments to make some really pretty cards.

I'd like to enter my card in the Crafty Cardmakers challenge 256 which this week is 'Celebrations'.

Hope you like them :)
Please feel free to leave a comment and then I can pop over and visit your blog too!

By the Sea

Afternoon All!
Today I thought I would share two little 5x5 cards that I made from my stash of Graphic 45 papers. The challenge over at Use Your Craft Stash over on Facebook is 'All at Sea' so I dug out my By The Sea papers and all the little pieces I had fussy cut and made these two little cards.

Hope you like them :)

Thanks for popping by - please feel free to leave a comment and then I can pop over and visit your blog too :)

I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:

Wild at Heart

Hi Everyone
Just thought I would pop by and share a little set of makes using the lion images from Hunkydory's Wild at Heart collection. The theme over at Use Your Craft Stash on Facebook this week was Furry Animals and/or Circles, so this is my take on it.
I made a circle rocker card, a dinky gift box and to fit inside, a circular gift card holder. The decoupage images are really lovely and these images work great for men's cards, so for once I avoided using any gems lol!
Hope you like them!
