I created a slimline card with a background of Distress Oxides which I splattered with shimmer paint. I added glitter card for the snow and also Crystal Sparkle pen for a sparkly finish.

My little characters were coloured with Spectrum Noir pens and also created a gift tag to match.

Hope you like it!

Hunkydory Heaven

 Hi All!

Yesterday, Saturday 28th November, I was asked to be a guest on Crafter's Companion's 'Craft TV'. The show was called Craft House and was on between 4pm and 6pm. It was a lovely experience chatting about all things crafty with presenters Debby and Ben, focusing on the fabulous Hunkydory products that were on the show.

Below are some of the samples I made on and during the show. If you are thinking about trying out any of Hunkydory's products you will not be disappointed by their quality, ease of use, quantity of products in each collection and range of themes. I would definitely recommend them and have used them for years!

Time for Tea

Back with another couple of cards that I made with Daisy Mae stamps and coloured with my Spectrum Noir markers. I created the background with a stencil and my Harmony Inks to give the effect of  a tablecloth and add little diecut doilies underneath the stamped images.

These cards are great for lots of occasions and are handy to have in your stash!

Lambtech Layout

 HI All!

Just popping on to share my L make for this week's challenge over at Use Your Craft Stash. I decided to go for L for Layout and created a little scrapbook page from a Hunkydory decopage Spring kit. The photo is of my 2nd Great Grand Uncle on the family farm 'Lambtech' up in Scotland. I used the decoupage in the kit to add a bit of a 3D element to the layout. I added all the family history details to the back of the page for future reference.

Hope you like it!

A Little Bit Tropical

Hi All!
Just popping along today to share my makes for the Use Your Craft Stash challenge - which this week is Anything Goes and the letters G and/or H.
I dug into my Graphic 45 papers again and found a couple of lovely sentiment  panels in the 'Lost in Paradise' collection - one says 'Happy Place' and the other 'Hello Sunshine' so I used those as my 'H' s.
I also love boxes and decided to use this dinky Gable Box die that I bought on Ebay a few years ago. I love this little die and have just bought myself the slightly larger Crafter's Companion Picnic Box die so will share my makes with that at some point. I made one with a Green background paper and one peachy one, then fussy cut all my images and arranged them around my sentiments, before finishing with a few Gems These are perfect for all those little prezzies that you want to make look a bit bigger lol!
Hope you like them :)
