The Good Life

Afternoon All!
Back today to share a 'large' accordion card made with some of the fabulicious Home Sweet Home papers sent to me from the lovely folks at Jones Crafts.

There are so many great images to cut from these papers that I extended the accordion card to accomodate four panels with each one having its own little scene.

The base card is cut using a Karen Burniston 'Katie Label' Accordion die.
Anyway, hope you like it! I'd like to enter it into the following challenge:

Time to Celebrate

Morning All!
Back today with a little Anniversary Card that I made using the lovely 'Time to Celebrate' papers from Graphic 45.

This time I chose to make a circle easel card with lots of layers from the 6x6 pad and plenty of fussy cut elements to decorate inside and outside the card. The die used to create the shaped circle is the lovely Die'sire Chantilly Lace from Crafter's Companion. The base card was created from Coredinations brown cardstock backed with a beige coloured paper from the paper pad to show through.

Finally, I finished off with glitter on the flowers and butterfly, and pearls around the lacy edge, before adding a sentiment and place to write a message inside the card.
Hope you like it  - I'd like to enter it into the following challenges:

Thanks for popping by!

Beautiful Birdhouse

Hi All!
Back with my second post of the day!! This time with an altered project I made using the fabulous Graphic 45 Home Sweet Home papers sent to me from the lovely Jones Crafts.

I bought this birdhouse clock in the sale. It was a bit knocked about and worse for wear, but the simple white base and black nobbles in place of numbers seemed perfect for altering, so this is what I came up with.

I hope you like it - I had loads of fun changing it into a Home Sweet Home for the little blackbird pendulum! lol!

Many thanks for popping by. Will be back soon with some more of my makes.
In the meantime, I'd like to enter this into the Simon Says Monday Challenge which is 'B is for...' - in my case 'Birdhouse'.

Best wishes

Just a Note...

Afternoon All.
Back with a quick post today to share a little notelet set I made using some of the card from the Crafter's companion Thelwell Kit.

I added some Centura Pearl Card and blue card to make the box and card bases and used just one of the design sheet to create the toppers. A little bit of ribbon and Card Candi, and that's it - job done! Great for a last minute gift.

Hope you like it!

Today I'm excited to share my first ever Design Team project for Jones Crafts! The lovely team at Jones Crafts sent me a fabulous box of goodies which included the amazing Home Sweet Home collection by Graphic 45.

My first make uses one of Graphic 45's Shadow Boxes and I had real fun adding all the fussy cut details.
Here are some images of each little section:

I really hope you like it...I'll be back tomorrow with some more creations from this collection.

Brambly Hedge Boxed Set

Afternoon All!
Today I'd like to share a little notelet / card set I made using the 6x6 inch papers from Crafter's Companion's Brambly Hedge set.

I die cut the images, decoupaged each scene and then added a fancy gold matt using the Tonic Heart Vine as a base.

I also decorated the inside with the leftover diecut papers and then created a little box on my Ultimate Pro to house all four cards and envelopes in.

Hope you like them.
Best wishes and bye for now

A Piece of Paradise

Today I'd like to share a little card made using an Accordion die from Elizabeth Crafts. I'm really enjoying going back to my older Graphic 45 scraps and seeing what I can create - this card used images and papers from Tropical Travelogue.

I tried to create a vibrant colour scheme and layout, alternating the papers and fussy cutting the images to add to the panels.

I finished the card with diecut embellishments in the corners and black gems. I have left the back panels blank to allow me to write a message and stamp a sentiment.

Hope you like it. I'd like to enter it into the following challenges:
