Polar Express

It has to be said that I love the Polar Express images in Hunkydory's Traditional Christmas collection.
Here are the cards I managed to make from the two pieces of card and the sheet of toppers...and I still have some left!

Hope you like them. I'd like to enter them into the ABC Christmas challenge which this week is 'S is for Something Festive'
Best wishes and bye for now

Moonbeam Stepper

Hi All!
Just a quick post to share a little stepper card I made using the Moonbeam Meadows collection.

The toppers were from the Everyday CD - where the images are all so lovely it is hard to know which ones to choose to work with next! The doilies from the CD make great embellishments and the card was fun to decorate with ribbons, gems, a flower and Stickles Glitter glue.
I'd like to enter this card in the Papertake Weekly challenge which this week is 'Oh How Cute'

Anyway, hope you like this card.
Back soon with more makes!

Teapot Mouse

Today's card uses one of the cute little stamps from the Moonbeam Meadow Everyday collection.

I made this card with an acetate front and matted it onto layers of the lovely design papers from the CD. The addition of black card helps to make the colours pop and there are lots of embellishments such as doilies, bunting and flowers on the CD that you can cut out to decorate.
Hope you like this card. I would like to enter it in the Simon Says Stamp Challenge which is 'Anything Goes'. The products I used and Spectrum Noir pens and pencils are listed below:
Mouse in Teapot
Backing papers, doily, paper ribbon and bunting from Everyday CD

Moonbeam Bird House

Morning All!
Back with another quick post to share one of my crafty makes from the new Moonbeam Meadows collection, due for release by Crafter's Companion on Create and Craft on Monday.

This card wads made from the Card Companions section of the CD, teamed with backing papers and black card to add definition. I finished off with some velvet ribbon roses, lace, ribbon and gems.

This image would be great for a number of occasions - just change the sentiment - birthday, new home, engagement, etc.

Hope you like this card - I'd like to enter it into the Sparkles Monthly Challenge which this month is 'Things with Wings'.

Don't forget to watch Create and Craft on Monday for more ideas and inspiration!
Best wishes

A Stitch in Time

Evening All!
Tonight I thought I'd share a few cards I made with the 'Stitch in Time' collection that came with one of the Hunkydory magazines.

Twisted Easel

DL Cards

Easel card using Leftovers

At first glance this is a 'busy' looking kit, but once you get crafting, the cards are really easy to put together and all the colours work well alongside each other.
Anyway, hope you like them! I'd like to enter them in the following challenges:

Simon Says - Anything Goes
Crafty Creations - Vintage
Allsorts Challenge - Film Titles (A Stitch in Time - Norman Wisdom)

Best wishes and bye for now

Moonbeam Mice

Back today with another sneak peek of a project I made from the Moonbeam Meadows collection by Crafter's Companion.

This time I used one of the stamps which feature two mice sat on a toadstool and coloured them with my Spectrum Noir Pens and Pencils. I teamed this up with papers, a doily, bunting and ribbon from the CD, before finishing with pearls and glitter. I'd like to enter this into the Papertake Weekly Challenge which this week is 'Oh How Cute'.

Hope you like this card. Which characters will be your favourites - tune in to Create and Craft on Monday 29th to see more!
Best wishes
