Fabulous Fabric Flowers

I've loved playing with the new Sugar and Spice collection and accompanying Embossing Folders and Dies from Crafter's Companion. Today I thought I'd show that some of the products are perfect for other gift ideas besides papercrafting.

I decided to decorate a T-shirt - first using one of the Fabric Companions from the CD. Then I bought some felt - you could use material in a pattern to match - and die cut flowers and leaves using my Grand Calibur. The delicate flower dies cut through the felt perfectly. I layered the flowers up with button centres and sewed them onto the neckline of the T-shirt.

Such a pretty effect that you could use to decorate bags and other fabric items. Be sure to tune in to Create and Craft on Monday to get more ideas and inspiration for the 4 Day Deal collection.

Hope you like it!
Be back soon.

Celebrate with a Boxed Accordion Album

Morning All.
Today I thought I'd share a boxed accordion album I made using the papers, inserts and toppers from the new Crafter's Companion Sugar and Spice CD along with the complimentary Delicate Floral embossing folder from the collection.

The box was made from Centura Pearl card - in white and pastel blue - and I created a border using the Die'sire Lace Border 4 die. I then decorated the top with an embossed background and a Card Companion from the CD before embellishing with a ribbon, flowers created from the new Die'sire Forger Me Not die, a sentiment and gems.

I created my own accordion album - again from Centura Pearl - and made the various panels using the inserts and verse writer on the CD. I love my fussy cutting so cut up the toppers to decorate.

More pages -
Anyway, hope you like it!
Best wishes and bye for now

Twelve Days of Christmas Pop Ups

Back with a second post today to share some little pop up cards I made using the Twelve Days of Christmas collection by Graphic 45.

I love my fussy cutting so this collection is perfect for using up all of your scraps and creating new 'masterpieces' :) I created these box card pop ups and matted papers from the 6x6 paper pad on the sides and flaps before adding the cut out elements and sentiments as layering and decoration.
The first card was themed for 'Nine Ladies Dancing:
Whilst the second card use elements from 'Eleven Pipers Piping' -
And, of course a Christmas card would not be complete without glitter!
Hope you like these little cards - I'd like to enter them in to the following challenges:
Papertake Weekly - 2 or 4 legs (These Christmas cards have got lots of dancing legs! lol!)

Thanks for popping by x

Dreaming of a White Christmas

Hi All.
Just a quick post to share a couple of Christmas cards I made using one of the lovely topper and card sheets from the Hunkydory 'White Christmas' collection.

I added an acetate front to this card before layering up my toppers and adding mirri card, gems and glitter.
This card was made using a red card base to bring out the red of the lady's coat in the topper before embellishing with punched snowflakes, gems and sparkle - I also decorated inside to match.
This final DL card was made with the remaining cardstock and toppers.

Hope you like these cards. I'd like to enter my first card in the Moving Along with the Times challenge which this week is to 'Add Sparkle or Shine'.

Christmas Joy

Evening All!
Just popping by to share a card I made for the Creative Card Crew challenge which this week is 'Christmas Joy'. I love Christmas - especially all the foodie goodies we have at this time of year so I thought I'd share my Christmas Joy in the shape of a Christmas cake using the lovely Hunkydory Warmest Wishes collection.

I created an acetate front so that my topper would stand out, then decorated the card with a fussy cut border, gems and a sentiment. Hope you like it!
Bye for now

Figgy Bunni

Afternoon All!
Today I thought I'd share a little easel card I made using one of the fab Bebunni stamps called 'Figgy Pudding' from Crafter's Companion. I love this little bunni dressed in his Christmas pudding outfit! I've coloured him with my Spectrum Noir pens and pencils and cut him out so that I could layer him onto foam pads for a bit of dimension.

The papers used were from a Do Crafts Xmas pad matted on to gold card. I then embellished with gingham ribbon, a bow and gems before adding two stamped sentiments and Glossy Accents for highlights.

Hope you like this little card. I'd like to enter it into the following challenges:

Thanks for popping by.
Best wishes
